Terms of service

Last updated: 19 September 2026

These terms say what Apply in Denmark does for you, what it costs, what happens to a week you do not use, how you stop paying, and what you can do if you are unhappy. They are the agreement between us, so they are written to be read once and understood.

Who you are contracting with

Apply in Denmark (applyindenmark.dk) is operated by LEV Systems ApS, a company registered in Denmark. These terms apply from the moment you subscribe.

  • Company: LEV Systems ApS
  • CVR: 46070070
  • Address: Rådhusstræde 15, 1466 København K
  • Email: support@applyindenmark.dk
  • Website: applyindenmark.dk

The agreement is made in English, and these terms are the version that counts. You can read them here at any time, and you can save or print this page. Your subscription details stay in your account for as long as the account is open.

What the service is

This is a service. We write job applications for you, and we send them for you, from your own Gmail address. You are not buying a file to download and keep, you are paying us to do a piece of work over a week.

It runs in this order: you sign in with Google, upload your CV, answer seven short questions, pick an industry, and approve one application text. We adapt that text to each company on your list and send it from your own address, a few each day, across the week. Your send log shows every company, the time, the status and the exact text that went out.

Only the marked parts of the text you approved change from company to company: the greeting, the company name, one sentence about the company, and the closing. The rest is the text you read and approved. A version that fails our own checks is not sent at all.

Recipients always come from our own database of companies in Denmark. You cannot upload a list of your own, and you cannot add an address by hand. That is what lets us keep the exclusion list, the advertising protection filter and the rule that no company is written to twice.

What we do not promise

We write and we send. That is the whole promise. No job promised, no interview promised, no reply promised.

We do not decide who replies to you, who invites you to an interview, or who offers you work. Those decisions belong to the companies that receive your application. Nothing on this site, in our emails or in our support answers is a promise of a job, of an interview or of an answer.

We also do not promise a particular number of replies, a particular kind of company, or a result within a particular time. What we owe you is the number of applications your plan covers, written to our standard and sent to companies in the industry you picked.

Who can buy

We only send applications for people who are already allowed to work in Denmark. When you create your account we ask which of three groups you belong to: Denmark or the Nordic countries, the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, or anywhere else. If you answer anywhere else, we ask one more question: whether you hold a valid Danish work and residence permit.

If the answer is no, there is no way to subscribe. That is a limit on what we can deliver, not a judgement about you, and if the answer was recorded wrongly you can write to us and have a person look at it.

We never advise on work permits, residence or immigration. The authorities do that, and they are the only source worth relying on: nyidanmark.dk and workindenmark.dk.

You also have to be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement in your own name, and the Google account you sign in with has to be yours.

Price, VAT and billing

Prices include 25 percent Danish VAT. The price you see before you pay is the price you pay, and there is no setup fee and no hidden charge.

The three plans, price per week, VAT included
PlanWhat you getPrice
SmallWhat you get50 applications per weekPrice79 kr per week, incl. VAT
MediumWhat you get100 applications per weekPrice109 kr per week, incl. VAT
LargeWhat you get150 applications per weekPrice149 kr per week, incl. VAT

Billing is weekly and the subscription renews automatically. You pay for the first week when you subscribe, and then for each following week until you cancel. Before every renewal we email you the amount, the number of applications and a link to cancel, and every receipt carries the same link.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them, and we never see or store your full card number.

Your week, and what happens to applications you do not use

A week is a fixed number of applications, and it is used in the week it belongs to. Applications that are not sent in your week are not carried over to the next one. The counter starts again at each renewal.

Your sending window starts when you approve your application text, not when you pay. Until you approve it, nothing goes out. We remind you on day 1 if the text is still waiting, and again on day 3.

Sending is spread across the week on purpose, on weekdays, with a daily limit. It protects the reputation of your own email address, which is the thing the whole service rests on.

When the fault is ours, your week is extended

If applications go unsent because of us, that is our problem and not yours. Three cases count as ours:

  • The daily sending limit made it impossible to send the full number inside the week.
  • There were fewer companies left in your category than the number you bought.
  • An operating fault, an outage or a stopped queue got in the way.

In all three we extend your week automatically until the number you paid for has been sent, at no extra cost, and we tell you why it happened. You do not have to ask.

These are the automatic extensions. A week that went unused because the application text was never approved is not one of them, which is why we remind you twice.

Refunds

As a rule we do not refund a week that has started. The week is a fixed quantity, delivery starts as soon as you approve your text, and where the fault is ours you get an extension instead.

Three exceptions, and they are real:

  • You withdraw inside the 14 day period. Then the rules on the right of withdrawal page decide what you get back.
  • We could not deliver the week at all and you would rather have the money than an extension.
  • You are unhappy and you ask for your money back. We refund the week in full on the first request, without a discussion and without asking for a reason.

That last one is a standing rule here, not a favour someone grants case by case, and nobody on our side is allowed to refuse it. None of this limits the rights Danish law gives you if the service is defective.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the week you have already paid for. There is no binding period, no notice period and no cancellation fee.

How to do it: open Cancel subscription in your account. It takes one click, it works on the same site where you subscribed, and the same link sits in every receipt email. You can also write to support@applyindenmark.dk and we will do it for you on the day we receive it.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not stop the week you are in: your applications keep going out until that week's number is sent or the week ends. Cancelling is not the same as withdrawing, see the next section.

Your right of withdrawal

Because you buy this at a distance and as a consumer, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (lov om forbrugeraftaler). Since this is a service, the 14 days run from the day the agreement is made.

At checkout you tick two separate boxes, neither of them ticked in advance: one asking us to start before the 14 days are over, and one acknowledging that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. Ticking them is your choice, but the service is delivered week by week from the moment you approve your application, so a subscription can only start for someone who has asked for it. If you would rather not, you cannot subscribe, and you are not charged anything.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Withdrawal undoes the agreement itself, and it can mean money back. The full guidance, what happens if you asked us to start sending right away, and the standard withdrawal form are on the right of withdrawal page.

What we need from you

  • True information. Your CV and your answers have to describe you, and nobody else. We write from what you give us, and we never invent a history you do not have.
  • Material you are allowed to use. Your CV, and any extra file you attach, has to be yours to send.
  • Your own Google account. Applications go out from your address, so the account has to be yours, and you may not use one you are not entitled to use.
  • No misuse. Do not use the service for anything that is not a genuine job application, do not try to reach companies outside our database, do not try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, and do not use it to send anything unlawful.
  • Access kept open while a week runs. If you remove our permission at Google, sending stops at once, and the week does not start over later.

If you break these rules we can stop sending and close your account. If we do, you get back the part of the week we did not deliver.

When we stop or pause sending

We stop or pause in a few situations, and each one exists to protect your own address:

  • Too many of your applications come back as undeliverable.
  • Two sends in a row are rejected, or your Google permission stops working.
  • Too many versions fail our own checks in one week, for example a missing company name or an empty field. We stop the queue and look at it ourselves before anything else goes out.
  • A company is on our permanent exclusion list, in which case it is skipped and never written to again.

The first of those rules needs one honest qualification:

We measure that rule only on the delivery signals we can see: rejected API calls, invalid addresses, and your own reports. We never read your inbox, so nothing in this rule is measured there.

Where a stop is caused by something at our end, your week is extended under the rule above. Where it is caused by your Google permission being removed, it is not.

Companies can opt out

Any company that receives an application through us can ask to be removed. They write to support@applyindenmark.dk with the address, it goes on a permanent exclusion list within 24 hours, and no user of the service can reach it again. No reason is needed.

Companies registered with advertising protection in the Danish Central Business Register are filtered out at all times, before anyone sees them. This is why your list is ours and not yours to edit.

Our responsibility, and its limits

We are responsible for delivering what you paid for: the applications written to our standard and sent from your address. If we do not deliver them, you get an extension or your money back, as set out above.

We are not responsible for what a company does with your application, for whether you are contacted, or for whether you are offered work. We are also not responsible for a failure caused by something outside our control, for example an outage at Google, at Stripe or at our hosting provider, or a recipient's own mail filter. Where that stops delivery, your week is extended.

Beyond that, our liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid for the week the claim concerns, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for example lost earnings or work you believe you would otherwise have been offered.

None of the limits above takes away the rights Danish consumer law gives you and that cannot be agreed away, and none of them limits our liability for personal injury or for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence.

Changes to these terms and to prices

We can change these terms and our prices. If we do, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and it only applies from the start of a new week. A week you have already paid for is never changed after the fact.

If you do not want the change, cancel before it takes effect. Your cancellation runs to the end of the week you have paid for, as usual.

Corrections that do not affect your rights, your price or what we deliver, for example a fixed typo or a clearer sentence, take effect when we publish them. The date at the top of this page always says when it last changed.

Personal data

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, what we do with the permission you give Google, and the rights you have over all of it, is set out in the privacy policy. Cookies are covered in the cookie policy.

Two things belong here as well as there: we never read your mailbox, and your CV is processed on a separate consent that you can withdraw at any time.

Complaints

Write to us first. Most things are faster to fix that way, and we would rather hear it from you than read it somewhere else. Use support@applyindenmark.dk and tell us what went wrong.

If we cannot agree, you can take it further. In Denmark a consumer complaint goes in two steps, mediation first and then the board, and both sit under Nævnenes Hus:

  • Mediation: Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. naevneneshus.dk
  • If mediation does not settle it: Forbrugerklagenævnet, at the same address, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. The complaint is filed through the same portal. forbrug.dk

Who can complain, what it costs and how long it takes is set by the authorities and published on their own sites, not by us.

Danish law, and where a case is heard

Danish law applies to these terms and to the agreement between us. A case between us is heard by the Danish courts.

If you live in another country in the EU, none of that takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules where you live, or your right under EU rules to bring a case in the country where you live.
